On Track Learning is part of an after school learning and tutorial program designed to help elementary through high school students get on track and/or stay on track with grade level academic work. Students are provided access to computers and internet services, which makes available a wealth of tutorial information and classes via Skype. Students are provided a snack and an opportunity for recreation.
