The In Stride Mentoring Program pairs each willing participant with a mentor who meets the Institute's qualifications and continuously demonstrates use of sound judgment and good tastes in deportment. The mentor – mentee relationship is encouraged to continue through college and/or the early years of the mentee’s career engagement.
